Arizona's assisted-living rules allow secured / dementia units, but the data carries no per-home dementia flag — its license sub-type is a care LEVEL (Supervisory / Personal / Directed), not a dementia designation — so memory care is a documented gap here, never guessed from a name. Arizona's Medicaid long-term care is ALTCS (AHCCCS), but the roster carries no Medicaid-acceptance field, so Medicaid is a documented gap for the state-licensed tiers (nursing homes are Medicare/Medicaid-certified by definition).
